About Me:

I have always been intrigued with the human body and how it all works. I started as a personal trainer and aerobics
instructor in the 90's. I love to help people get strong mentally and physically and reach their ultimate fitness goals. During this time my muscles  also needed therapy so I began to see a very special therapist who in turn became my mentor and friend. He was extremely helpful and explained everything perfectly. I loved his work so much that I decided to train in massage therapy.
I went to Spa Tech which is a theraputic/holistic school. After graduation I worked for a chiropractor and performed injury/sports related work which involved trigger point therapy, myofascial stretching and deep tissue massage. I also worked at a few other massage places where I performed Swedish and relaxation massages. While working in the field I realized that my specialty is deep tissue and injury/sports related massage although I love to do it all and I continue to expand my knowledge.~Christin

I have been to many massage therapists but finding Christin is to me like finding gold! She is the best at what she does as she really listens to what need . You will see for yourself! Unlike many other therapists who pretend to listen then do only what they want, wasting your time and money! Christin shows just how good a caring therapist can make you feel. Really I can't praise her enough! Just Excellent! As a bonus - she isn't too tough on the eyes either!

My entire body was tight from having biked in the PMC this past year, but in particular my back, neck and thighs where the most bothersome. Christin was able to identify and relieve all of my trouble spots (without direction from me) and was able to have me in complete relief and thoroughly relaxed when my session was complete.
